Policing priorities for London

What are your priorities for our police?
Tower Hamlets Liberal Democrats are urging local residents to tell the Metropolitan Police Authority what they think should be the policing priorities in our borough. Speaking today, Leader of the Liberal Democrat Council group, Criminologist Dr Stephanie Eaton said "Good policing is vital for the well-being of our community. The MPA needs to know the serious concerns of local people about the policing of drugs, poor response to calls for assistance, and the need for greater visibility and re-assurance from the Safer Neighbourhood Teams."
Tower Hamlets Liberal Democrats are determined that the views of local people are heard. The MPA's online consultation is open until December 1, 2008 and can be found at:
