Who Betrayed Bow?

Warning Sign

Crossrail strikes again! The shadow of Crossrail continues to loom large over the residents of Bow. After a report in this week's East London Advertiser revealed the true extent of the damage the construction will wreak.

A concerned resident of Bow slammed the newly elected Labour Cllrs demanding to be told "what they know and when did they know it?" He went on "if they knew nothing they are clearly not up to their jobs but if they knew and didn't tell then they betrayed the trust so recently given to them by the people of Bow."

Only a few months ago the council decided to spend money on long overdue improvements to Grove Hall Park. Now it will be ruined and places nearby including Fairfield Rd will become a nightmare to live in. This is insane! However, as Grove Hall Park used to be the grounds of a lunatic asylum, it is also somewhat ironic.

Bow Liberal Democrats Focus Team have vowed to continue to stand up for the rights and interests of the people of Bow.
