Paul Scott has been elected as the new Liberal Democrat councillor for Harrow

Weald ward in the London Borough of Harrow. Speaking after the victory, Paul said

"It is a delight to be have achieved this decisive win by 200 votes over the

Tories, whose underhand and dishonest negative campaigning in May's local

elections cost us many seats in the north and west of London."

Congratulations to Paul and his team including Pete Budden (agent) and Laurence

Cox (plus, no doubt, many more)!
