Lib Dem Councillor opens new playground

Cllr Khan and local children take a rest after all the races!

Cllr Azizur Rahman Khan has opened a new playground in the St Peter's estate in his ward of Bethnal Green North. After an 'opening' by cutting the ribbon, there was a small sports event with races etc. Cllr Khan commented that "It was a great day, and it was very nice to see so many children enjoying themselves and having fun."
